Our Return & Exchange Commitment
We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your item(s). This allows you to shop with confidence, knowing that if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please contact our customer service team within the 15-day window. Follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Provide Details: Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. Please use the email template below to ensure you provide all necessary information.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box.
- Ship the Item: Ship the return package to our warehouse address provided in your RMA instructions. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days for this process after we receive the return.

Refund Timeline and Method
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will then be credited back to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card or account.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you via your chosen shipping method (Standard or Free Shipping) as soon as the return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged item at no cost to you.
