We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Your order will be shipped via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after your item has left our warehouse.
- Free Shipping: For all orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after your item has left our warehouse.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures.
Our Returns & Exchange Commitment
We stand firmly behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your item(s).
All items being returned must be in their original, unused, and saleable condition with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps within the 15-day window:
- Contact Us: Email our dedicated customer service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Provide Details: Our team will respond promptly with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions. To speed up the process, you can use the email template provided below.
- Pack the Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging. You must clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Ship the Item: Ship the return package to our warehouse address, which will be provided in your RMA instructions. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we sent the incorrect item.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days for this process after we receive the return.

Refund Timeline and Method
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
- Method: Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card or account.
